Who we are
is provided by a licensed UAE IT services company ("we", "us"). We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
1. This website
- What we collect: the details you enter in our onboarding form (business and contact details, services, hours, FAQs) and anything you send us by WhatsApp or email.
- Why: to reply to you, prepare your pilot and set up the service.
- Cookies: we don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only remembers your language choice. Our web host may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
2. The WhatsApp assistant
When you message a business that uses , the assistant answers on behalf of that business. The business decides how your data is used and is responsible for it. We process it for them.
- What is processed: your name, phone number, messages, preferred language, and booking details such as service, date, time and branch or area.
- Why: to answer your questions, book, reschedule or cancel appointments, send reminders you agreed to, and pass your chat to the business's staff when needed.
- Health information: please don't share medical details in the chat. Clinics use the assistant for scheduling only, and a staff member will handle anything medical.
- Opt-out: reply "STOP" (or tell the assistant) at any time to stop reminders and follow-ups.
3. Who we share data with
Only the providers we need to run the service: Meta (WhatsApp), cloud hosting, AI language-model providers, the business's own booking tools, and Stripe for billing our business clients. Some of them may process data outside the UAE, with appropriate safeguards. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to provide the service. We delete data when the business asks us to or within 30 days after its service ends, unless the law requires us to keep it (for example invoices).
5. Your rights
